The terms that apply when you use assignmentnerds.com and order a paper from us.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of assignmentnerds.com (“the Website”, “AssignmentNerds”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and of any service ordered through it. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Website.

To place an order, you must be 18 or older, or have reached the age of majority where you live. Students under 18 may use our services only with a parent or legal guardian, who must accept these Terms and place or approve the order on their behalf.

We prepare model assignments to your instructions, including essays, research papers, case studies, lab reports, problem sets, coding tasks and nursing care plans, for high school, college and university levels. We also offer editing, proofreading and feedback on work you have already written.

Every paper we deliver is a model and study reference. You alone are responsible for how you use it and for following the academic integrity policy of your school, college or university.

We never log in to student accounts or learning portals, never attend or take classes on anyone’s behalf, and never take tests, quizzes or exams. We may refuse any request that clearly breaks an institution’s rules.

Pages start at $8. The final price depends on the type of assignment, academic level, length and deadline, and you see it before the work begins. Deadlines start from 6 hours. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when the instructions are incomplete or the request goes against these Terms.

You can try the first page and then decide, or pay after the finished paper is delivered, depending on the order. The payment terms that apply to your order are confirmed before any work starts.

Each paper goes through a plagiarism check and is formatted in the citation style you specify (for example APA, MLA, Chicago or Harvard) at no extra charge.

You can ask for free revisions within 14 days after delivery. A revision must stay within the original instructions. New requirements, a different topic, or a change in the type of assignment may be handled as a new order.

If the delivered paper does not follow your instructions and a revision does not resolve the problem, you may ask for a refund at [email protected]. Each request is reviewed on its own merits, and we may ask for the original instructions and your comments on the paper.

All Website content, including text, graphics and code, belongs to AssignmentNerds or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, modify or republish it without our written consent.

Use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the Website, and you may not submit material that is unlawful, harmful or misleading.

The Website may link to other websites and relies on outside providers to operate. We do not control those websites or providers and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Website and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will be free of errors, fully secure, or available without interruption.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AssignmentNerds is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our services.

You agree to cover any losses, costs or claims that result from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the Website at any time and without notice if you violate these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
